Eligibility
The “textPlus 3 Birthday” Sweepstakes is open to U.S. legal residents (other than Puerto Rico) at least 13 years old as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of GOGII, as well as the immediate family of such employees and members of their households (whether related or not) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of GOGII, which are final and binding in all respects.
Promotional Period
The Sweepstakes is a series of four (3) separate and unique giveaways (as set forth below) that will take place during the Promotional Period, which will run from Friday June 1, 2012, at 12:00am (Pacific) and end Friday, June 22, 2012, at 11:59pm (Pacific). Each of the giveaways requires a separate and unique entry and entry method (as set forth below) for eligible participation.
Prizes
Prize winner(s) will be randomly selected at the end of the Promotional Period from all eligible entries to win each prize featured for the particular giveaway and defined here:

Each Entry Period above begins at 12:00 a.m. (Pacific) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific).
Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
You may also enter the Sweepstakes online by visiting http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CWDDK9V, following the entry instructions and clicking on the “Submit” button. All entries must be received during the Promotional Period, and during the Entry Period for the particular giveaway. One entry limited per person (and email address) per giveaway.
No responsibility is assumed by GOGII for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any human, computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur, or for any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of GOGII.
Drawing
Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries to be held on or about the day after the Promotional Period ends. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be notified either via email or by textPlus message to their textPlus Username, or Twitter on or about June 22, 2012. Winners will need to respond to the textPlus notification message within twenty-four (24) hours of it being sent or else an alternate winner will be selected.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of textPlus users on the textPlus network during the Promotional Period. Each winner will receive his or her prize by mail or email within 8 weeks following the Promotional Period.
No assignment, transfer, or substitution of a prize is permitted, except that GOGII reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
General Conditions
The Sweepstakes is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of the United States. A selected winner may be disqualified and, in such case, an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or if the notification is returned as non-deliverable for any reason. Where permitted by law, by accepting the prize, winner agrees to grant to GOGII, and its licensees, affiliates, and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner's name and location. Further, by accepting the prize, winner agrees, and by entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree, to release and hold harmless GOGII, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents, and prize sponsors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
GOGII reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions of GOGII’s website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
The winner will be required to execute certain documentation confirming their identity, address and certain other matters. If the winner is a minor (under the age of 18), the prize shall be awarded to the minor’s parent or guardian who must execute the required documentation on the minor’s behalf. Failure to execute the required documentation will invalidate the winner and an alternate winner will be selected.
Limitations of Liability
GOGII is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. GOGII assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to GOGII's website. GOGII is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of GOGII that, in the sole opinion of GOGII, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, GOGII reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.
